At Rx4good our use of AI is guided by our mission to advocate for all that’s humanly possible in healthcare, ensuring that patients and their families are represented and their perspectives meaningfully reflected in the decisions that affect them.
Our work is at the intersection of patient advocacy and industry, and we approach AI with that balance in mind. Our intent is to support rigorous, timely and strategically aligned work for our partners while prioritizing patient benefit, trust and ethical responsibility.
Our team brings together diverse professionals across a variety of experiences and perspectives, including as patients and care partners. As a result, we lead with a human-first approach, informed by our lived experiences and subject matter expertise. AI is used as a supporting tool to enhance our work and not to replace sound thinking, judgement or accountability. All analyses, recommendations and deliverables to our clients are shaped, reviewed and finalized by our team.
Our approach includes:
- Patient-first, always: We prioritize work that genuinely benefits patients and care partners that supports unbiased, long-term, meaningful progress
- Strong safeguards: We protect trust by never using proprietary client materials, drug brand names, clinical trial data or identifiable patient information in public AI tools. Any insights we work with are de-identified and handled with care.
- Responsible use led by people: AI helps us work more efficiently, but it does not make decisions for us. Our team remains fully responsible for the work we deliver, and we use AI in a measured, transparent way that aligns with patient advocacy and industry expectations.
Through responsible, thoughtful use of AI, we aim to strengthen efficiency and decision-making in service of patients and doing all that is humanly possible in healthcare.
