It’s 2009. Healthcare reform upends our role as healthcare consumers. Social media flourishes, giving patient advocates a viral, public voice. Changing times demand a new approach to patient engagement and patient advocacy—and Rx4good is formed, bringing fresh thinking and smart counsel to help our clients serve patients well.
From the earliest days, Rx4good took on tough issues that confronted and affronted the patient as a person – from the stigma of lung cancer to suicide and bullying – and developed tangible solutions through working groups, summits and stakeholder meetings.
We also helped companies confront barriers that blocked strategic and decisive action in support of patients, by helping to recharge, reorganize or launch the patient advocacy function inside the company and drive patient-centered decisions aligned with business goals.
Research and perception have been our mainstay in all we do. From benchmarkings and global surveys, to focus groups and ad boards, we dig deep and strive for insights and solutions that generate tangible benefits for patients and the clients we serve.
Rx4good began at a transformational time. Today, we work alongside our partners to fulfill our vision of a world attuned to understanding and treating people better when they are not well, and we continue to believe in the power of transformation to make healthcare better.
